The 2012 Blue Mountains Film Festival opened with a garden party at Cafe Bon Ton in Leura on the 11th. From there guests traveled on the Blue Mountains Explorer double decker bus down to the Skyway East Station & rode across the valley on cable car, past the Three Sisters to Scenic World for the first night's short film screenings. Screenings continued at the Scenic Cinema on the 12th, followed by a party in the Scenic World cafe. The Saturday night finalist screenings preceded the Yowie Awards Show, hosted by Bob Downe. Guests then traveled via double decker bus to the Leura Garage for the Awards After Party.

Our three Finalsit Feature Films screened at The Edge Cinema on Sunday the 14th of October. The Redd Inc. screening at 3:20pm was followed by a Q&A with director Daniel Krige & Rhys Muldoon.
